Can't help you with Procedurals. I can't remember what I'm not caught up wit that I'm staying unsubbed from that, but if I poke my head in I'm sure I will be reminded by getting spoiled immediately.
I still have over 100 hours of unwatched recorded TV to catch up on. The strike is kind of useful for me.
