Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

The bliss I remember was free of the dishpan hands.

Sounds like a good new tag! I've just been doing dishes myself.

A little something I whipped up for the snow day: currently titled The Snow Day Quilt

ETA: (Some of you may recognize those fabrics/squares from another very special project)

Very nice, Ms Bug. You do such nice work on these. Some days I wish I could quit and then I look at all the other craft related supplies I have and remind myself I don't need to get started into something else. I don't have any more room!!!

Heh. That's funny, because I wish I had the patience to bead. I've tried...I've even tried to incorporate it into my quilting (Miss Emeline's ABC wall-hanging was supposed to have a beaded border. I finally decided to give up and send it, because otherwise, she was going to be getting it as a graduation present!) and crocheting (currently attempting to add some beads to a shawl I'm making for a friend). I just don't have the patience to work with something that little.

Damn. I've been logging my juvie hall volunteer hours at work (they are promoting giving back to the community) and they just informed me that they'll give $1000 to a "nonprofit org" of my choice. I want the money for Nidorf, but we don't have an EIN, charitable reg number, or bank account in our group's name. My co. won't give to an individual. This really sucks. We could use that money!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Are they on that Donor Choose thingy?

I'm gonna say no since I'm not sure what Donor Choose is...

Our wings are not tired.

I know, GC! I met GF on my 50th birthday at the W&H bash. (seems like longer than 4 years ago) She was a delight, as was no surprise considering the most excellent name & b'date. I'm sorry this is a mellow one for her. Give her an extra hug from me.

Ha! That night was such a blur - a fun, fabulous blur in which I had a cocktail with Skip - but a blur nonetheless. I will give her that extra hug!

And hugs from me, too.
