This morning there was snow on my car, and I was seriously doubting pitchers and catchers could be reporting today.
You're not allowed to do divorce math on Valentine's Day, right? Because my DH was at home all day, and yet whined when I asked him to take Mal for his Dr's appt. So I had to leave work (which I missed entirely yesterday) and spend all afternoon at the doctor's and radiologist's.
I would feel worse for myself for being a single parent with a whiny roommate, except it turns out Mal has pneumonia. So now I feel bad for him.
Ugh, I'm sorry about R's asshattedness, Raq.
Poor Mal. I hope he feels better soon. Let me know if there's anything I can do, no matter how small.

I am completely uncaring that it's V-Day. Though I'm wondering if I should acknowledge it to K, who is coming to town tomorrow (because of the long weekend, not due to proximity to V-Day). She is more sappy than I am, she'd probably like that.
Though I am contemplating baking more cupcakes. But then I think that might be insanity (but I bought cute valentine's cupcake mix!!)

TCG is home from his meeting earlier than usual today! I was afraid we were going to be eating the dinner I made at midnight. FTR, lamb bolognese with tagliatelli and heart shaped espresso brownies.
I haven't been able to get on b.org at work since I'm still being baby sat, which is cool.
Tomorrow afternoon I try to fly solo although Ic an call for help if I needed. I'm really liking my job and Ihadn't realized how much I was feeling overwhelmed and just frustrated with my other job until now.
It's sort of like blinders feel off since I'm not dreading going to work, my house is filthy, Ive been eating take out and frozen dinners since December and I just haven't done anything.
Today I came home from lunch and washed a few dishes and threw some stuff out not much but a start. I just feel different.
