Mal: How come you didn't turn on me, Jayne? Jayne: Money wasn't good enough. Mal: What happens when it is? Jayne: Well... that'll be an interesting day.

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Told DH that I didn't want to do VD but he brought me Starbucks this morning. He never does that. Now I guess I gotta do something. Darn it.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

The good news is the part that needs replaced on our car is something simple and cheap--basically just a busted hose/tube that'll cost about $50.

The bad news is that the way it's configured on our car means it's hard to get at, so we could be looking at up to 8 hours and $800 of labor charges.

This is not helping with the "get out of debt" thing.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Happy Anniversary to Deena and Greg!!!

We exchanged Valentine's gifts last night, because Dave has a late meeting tonight, and I didn't want to wait to give him his gift. I got a fluffy hot pink robe and enough candy to keep me on a sugar high forever, including a huge bag of all green M&M's. Then, when I went to go to sleep there was a red rose on my pillow. This is our 4th Valentine's Day; I still find that to be so unbelievable.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

an awesome black retro cardigan with embroidered bowling pins on it.

Sweet!

I did not dress in my usual deep mourning, but I did punk way the hell out today. Seriously - I could go to a concert in these clothes. This job - not so bad sometimes.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I am eating chocolate on VD that my boyfriend gave me. Last week, when we went grocery shopping, he made sure to pick up some that he knows I like, when I would have walked right on past. I'm not sure if that is love or enabling.

But it sure tastes good.

Ann, that's a ferret.

when come bring spork

This has to be a thread title in the near future. Maybe for F2F.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

They are having a bakesale at school today, so I had a red velvet cupcake for b'fast. Nom nom nom.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We should insist on sporks being supplied for the F2F hotel food.
