Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That is a lovely photo juliana but I'm going to have to agree with Hec on the anime point he made earlier. Your capacity for carrying off the dramatic cut is far, far beyond me and the rest of us average bears.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Also, when are you going to come visit me and my neighborhood??

I'm hoping it will be sometime in spring/early summer. I need a break.

(1) There is no spoon.

Then there is spork. I can live with that.

(2) Get you some live-action Tick and watch it, STAT!

Yes, ma'am. Amazon, here I come!

How wee is Liv? She just crawled completely into the cat's carrier. Owen shut the door on her and tried to carry her down the hall.

Bwah! Cash, your children are ever so entertaining, though I imagine it's less so when you're with them constantly. But thank you for letting us giggle.

Roger Clemens is fucking himself RIGHT NOW on tv.

Yep. He's not coming off well at all. He's outright confrontational at moments.

bonny, that's awesome news all around! Congratulations!

Happy belated birthday, Suzi!

Thank you, Laura. I'm glad teh internets are working for you again.

move out and draw fire

Happy Connie Day! May it kick ass.

The only downside is that when I went to henna my hair yesterday, I dropped the bowl on my beige office carpet. Blergh. After Natures Miracle and Shot Spot, the area is still plenty green. Not sure what other spot remover might work.

I dyed my hair purple Monday night. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Result: hair still looks brown; hands and most of bathroom are bright purple.

The hands are back to normal today; yesterday, after much scrubbing, everyone still asked me if I was having circulatory issues. Nail polish remover and vinegar worked on the bathroom.

Hi vw! I'm over-extending myself currently also! We should get t-shirts.

Hm. polish remover...I'll give it a test try. I'm mortified that the green swath...right in front of where my clients sit...and not in a good "throw a rug over it" spot...makes it look as if something far less wholesome landed there. myowndamnfaultmyowndamnfault.

Oxyclean?

Have I taught you people NOTHING? Babywipes take hair dye off of skin. So does jojoba oil.

By the way, Hec, I wanted to let you know that my haircut, though it has gone through some evolution, is still making me quite happy.

Helps that I've started wearing makeup, but I feel quite stylish!

(Sorry. I actually typed that post about an hour ago, but my students had the nerve to actually come to class!)

brillig

Thank you for the good wishes! I have the day off because they scheduled me to work Sunday and today happened to be the day they gave me off this week. It was a total accident, but the supervisor who scheduled it was happy to claim credit for it. Plus it's payday, and I got another production bonus, which nicely paid for the car registration and expected birthday indulgences.

Excellent. Are you all out of product?

You're very pretty. I know you didn't feel that way much last year but it's true.
