I was reapplying my (relatively new) lipgloss and discovered it was doing the old-lady-lipstick-running-off-the-lips-and-into-those-tiny-lines thing. I'm all bummed. I really liked the color. PLUS, I hadn't realized that I even HAD those little-old-lady lip lines. Now I'm out however much I paid for my Burgundazzle, plus, Old Lady Lips.

We are having rain and tornado or hurricane or whatever is relevant for this part of the country warnings.

we are having a bad winter storm almost all freeways closed. and boss wouldn't let me out early. I was supposed to pick up em at 530.

Sorry, Empress. Utah took as much out of that storm as we could before sending it on.

In asshate news, I just found out that if you get a [whatever kind of resident alien status thingy my asshat-in-law has] when you have a fiancee, you're not allowed to renew it when you are married to a different person (in other words, if you got into the country on the basis of being in love with someone, you need to stay with that someone). Deportation is likely. w00t!

But I got home early from school (my department head gave me birthday parole! and she brought me a fruit tart!) and found birthday cards and prezzies in the mail. Yay! ND bought me Final Draft for my birthday, which I've been wanting for years. And friends T. and K. are coming over for pizza, movie, and cake later, so I'm having a good day.
