There's a vomiting bug going around my office here too. Most people fell to it over Christmas but two more people have called in today. I'm hoping I miss it by virtue of working downstairs away from the open-plan germ-sharing area.

Flipflop news:

I currently count five people in the boarding area that are wearing flipflops. And there are at least two other people missing socks. I'm not sure what this says about us...either we're really smart packers--keeping room for more swimsuits--or really stupid to be out in 1 degree F temps without socks on.

So, reading through my email this morning I have to wonder...

Seriously, not good news. My brother could use some grow-up ma. And job-ma. Among other things. Also some be careful ma and self-esteem ma...

And then there's extended family getting a probably much needed divorce, but the way it blew up? Again I'm thinking hellmouth activity.

For all the other people whose bodies are betraying them, I hope health and relief returns quickly for you!

And in actual me news, I just signed up to the the Nation's Tri in September. Olympic Distance. Eep!
