Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Teppy, that is a gorgeous color on you!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Wow, that looks great on you, Teppy!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Brunette Teppy looks FABULOUS. Very chic.

The status is NOT quo.

Looks great!

And now I'm going to tear ass home in order to have time to vote and then cook a turkey dinner for four. Don't ask.

Not javachik

...thought she was just going to be getting the same surgery again that she had ten years ago (for Stenosis), but now that it's a new surgery

Epic, I have a bit of experience to share. First, if it’s stenosis, read this: [link]

My mother had a 5-hour back surgery (at age 91!) and did great ... then we read this article later and wondered if she could have had it. It would have been so must less stressful on her, although my mother on morphine? Wouldn’t have missed it for the world! Yee ha!

Then, a co-worker who had a disk problem found a surgeon to do this surgery where bits of his disk were vacuumed out. It’s one special guy in LA. My coworker is thrilled. He was in constant pain for years, and now has no more. He’s SO HAPPY.

My best friend had the kind of disk fusion where the person is filleted, a rib is removed & blenderized with cadaver bone, then the slurry is put inside titanium rings to grow into a fused spine. She’s mentioned that there’s an on-line board for people who are/have had that.

Lastly, I had a spinal nerve root block, which was great.
