Poor K-Bug. Healing-ma to her.

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oh, poor K-Bug. Hang in there, girl.
Also, Suzi, your dad is a little bizarre. I'm glad he's recognizing the degree, but um...party that you have no idea what's happening at? Something weird and wrong about that...
Healing ~ma to K-Bug, but also, coping and not butting in ~ma to you Suzi. I know it's hard, but you can do it. And I hope you have fun at the party, whatever it turns out to be!
Poor K-Bug! Suzi, you're doing a lot just by being present. All those classic mistakes are things we all seem to be unable to avoid, but we all learn from them. You two are so close, and have such a wonderful relationship that I'd bet folding money she'll come talk to you eventually -- and then you can talk about the mistakes. I for one, am glad that she's not going through it alone at college with only (well meaning but inexperienced) dorm mates.
libkitty, I hope you feel better soon!
I think we're going to take off for the National Mall soon with the puppy to walk around.
Oh, my goodness. Redneck Wedding is freaking hysterical.
The heat is out in my apartment. It's not an emergency like it would be other places, but it's extremely uncomfortable. No likey.
(The cat, of course, is smug in his double-thick fur coat. Damn cat.)
Aw, poor K-Bug.

Okay, campers, rise and shine, and don't forget your booties 'cause it's cooooold out there today.
It's coooold out there every day!
aw, man. I'm gonna have to be somebody's Fuckcake of The Day on Monday. Fucking tech companies and their fucking 'self-guided" tour things and...just, argh. But I promise I won't say that to the person that picks up. But Norton can kiss my crippled Irish ass with my next computer, I swear.
I guess the concept of the bowl is lost on me as my galley of a kitchen is always arms reach from the trash bin, so why make another dish to clean when you can drop stuff in the bin. I guess I could see it in a larger kitchen. Maybe some day I'll have one of those. :: sigh ::
Andi, does your mom fall, age-wise, into the "senior" bracket? The Cincy community centers have a lot of activities for seniors -- fitness, coffee hour, book groups, tax preparation, shopping trips, lunches, etc. -- and it looks to me like the Cleveland community centers do, too: [link] (scroll down to "Seniors Fifty and Fit*;" it's not all fitness-related -- it looks like there's various social activities, etc., too).
She's a bit further out from any of those locations, but I'd bet if I don't come up with a better search, I could call them and ask for referrals closer to her home. Plus if there is some kind of phone buddies system set up in the area, they would surely be able to put me in touch. Thanks for your help with the links, Teppy.
