ugh! I just realized that I've been so busy and stressed with getting everything ready for thespian competition this weekend that I forgot I got paid yesterday.
Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
That's dedication.
Poor K-Bug. I hope soon she gets past the mourning stage, and starts feeling free.
Correctly phrased, that's only the commercials a fabulous.
Well, at least you didn't compare to Lifetime movies. That's what I was expecting.
Hallmark Hall of Fame movies are marginally better than Lifetime. But not by a big margin.
I am part of the Petite Bourgeoisie these days
Us, too, these days, but we are 16 people and the core group's been doing it together since the early 1980's. So we're into it, and, more money for dinner! or whatever. $70 Sat. night seat for free = no regrets if you hate the play, too.
Poor K-bug. Maybe she needs a game night!
Medical question for the hivemind:
If you have asthma and get a cold and you're coughing a lot and wheezy and crackly a bit, what do you, keeping in mind that urgent care is closed and while it'll be open tomorrow, it's kind of meh unless you just need antibiotics. Do you take OTC cold meds? Albuterol?
I would take the albuterol if you have it, lib. And maybe go outside for some cold fresh air for a few minutes.
Also, try some caffeine.
I'd say take the albuterol. Also, I've been told that, in that situation, you shouldn't take anything with a cough suppressant. Caffeine is also a good suggestion. (Cold air tends to aggravate my asthma. Hot showers sometimes help.)
Yeah, I'd steer clear of anything OTC.
Cold air always works for me, but my asthma kicks in when I'm overheated or in a room that's too dry and warm.
In a weird instance of Buffista hivemind/sympathy, I have a cold. Despite the fact that it's the freaking tropics and vera vera hot outside.
