Oh, Kristin, I HATE that game. Good luck!
Thanks. I hate that game, too. With the smell as bad as it is, though, I'm really getting concerned that I'm going to have to completely empty closets and dig under appliances. Plus, I have a sneaking suspicion that I may not find a single, obvious source. Ugh. So do not want.
I'm thinking Hil's place smells better than Kristin's. And vw's has the fun artwork.
cottage cheese:
Sorry Kristin, didn't mean to mock. I do feel your pain. Not my favorite job either.
Oh no worries. I laughed at the sad truth of your statement.
The worst part is that ND got home a few hours ago and, apparently, immediately got a migraine and had to go to bed. He thinks the smell triggered it. He's sleeping now, so I'm not sure if he's going to be able to help me play FtS. The only thing worse that playing FtS is playing it solo!
Feel-better vibes aimed directly at Aimee.
The mittens with the string? My kids had a set when they were babies. TM "idiot mittens" thanks to Bill Cosby. They worked really well, of course my kids couldn't put their arms down, so the string wasn't a choking hazard.
Just running by to say a quick Felicitations to Anne on the Anniversary of your Natal Day! All good things wished to you in the year ahead!
I've played that game all too often, Kristin. I pass on my turn this time.
Gah, headdesk, headdesk, headdesk. This work transition just turned ugly. Unsurprisingly my program manager is not happy. Got yelled for not keeping him informed. Told him to talk with my boss, I'm just following her direction.
Of course, now I can't reach my current boss to get her pulled into this. Not sure if I should call boss-to-be (Program Manager said he was going to call boss-to-be to "manage" the flow of work from him).
Billions of blue blistering barnacles.
Gee, dude, THIS is why I am leaving the contract.
Oh yuck, and it's cold too, right? It would be a good time to open windows. When I wrote that it occurred to me that perhaps you have the heat running and that might be a source of odor.
I think I shall procrastinate by going down to the mall and buying the pair of pants I wanted a few days ago but didn't buy because they were $78. Why buy them now? Because the internets tell me that they are now $15. Woot!
ETA: Laura, yes, the heat is on, but I don't think it's coming through the vents. Something to check, though. And not only is it cold enough not to want to open windows, we have almost NO windows that actually open. Oy.
Gee, dude, THIS is why I am leaving the contract.
Suzi, just remind yourself of that. Mentally go "lalalalala, I'm LEAVING" any time the PM gets cranky.
yeah I'm pretty sure Find the Smell is my least favorite game
