ION, I'm out of practice with cooking. Rice finished WAY before chicken. Thankfully rice cooker has a "warm" mode. whew. It does all smell very yummy tho. California blend long grain rice, and lemon soaked chicken breast.

Such a weird, but good day. Started my job at the school. Kids are so freaking cute and funny. They range in age from 4-7. So funny. So funny.
Also attended a seminar at Spark Craft Studio [link] which was quite cool. I'm too tired to talk about it, but on top of the great info I got, they also may hire me to teach some crochet classes, which would be great fun. I'll send my resume off for that tomorrow.

yum yum yum. Feels good to be eating again. Very proud of self for not eating a lot. About 1/2 the breast and 1/2 cup of rice or so. Saved equal amount for lunch tomorrow! Yum (squared).
