Congratulations momma Stephanie! Welcome baby Frisco!
Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Torchwood in hi-def with James Marsters. It is a good Saturday night to stay home.
We went to see Beowulf with Angelina Jolie today at the dollar movie*. The first half, when Beowulf's having trouble staying in his clothes for battles, was immensely mockworthy. The second half, when multiple chickens come home to roost, was pretty good. I'm no fan of all, though, of the video game style of filming/animation. Peter Jackson proved you can do this sort of thing for "real", and the comparisons don't benefit Beowulf. It's kind of like going to see Logan's Run the same year you see the first Star Wars and realizing that the state of the art just leapfrogged over everything you knew before.
- though Angelina herself was unable to actually be in the theatre with us.
Frisco is currently wearing one of Noah's hats!
I love this. It makes me love us.
Heh. Matilda is frequently wearing hand-me-downs from Elle, Olivia and Lillian.
I just made a nummy cherry cobbler. Great balance of tart and sweet. Kinda like me.
Final tally for the day: 83 single-serve dinners are now in the freezer.
I'm exhausted. To put it mildly.
They all fit in your freezer? Dang woman - go you!
Well, for now they are in mom and dad's freezer. They have a giant extra freezer, so I'll just take them home as I need them. We were hoping to make a month's worth of dinners for the three of us. I think we did it!
Oh! Paging Aimee!
I just got a notice that the Wizard of Oz fabric is available. I'm so excited! Must start plotting projects! (because I need more...)
