I know I got upset about the resume but the level of upset was kinda raised by PMS. But on my freakout meter that was like a 1. I never felt defeatist about this either. today around lunch I thought, well if this doesn't work out I'll just start looking on monster and apply for anything that seems good.

I am home. Sack full of "light" groceries. About to take a very nice, long, hot shower. Then put on some soft, warm clothes that actually surround my entire body (unlike hospital gowns) and munch on crackers and jello-o. The sad part of all of this is, the computer is still out for repair. But they did manage to recover the /user directory, which is the bulk of the drive. Maybe that will be done tomorrow.

All is well that ends in pizza.
So I paid the $65, And I will have learned a lesson that the State police don't care if it's -20, they want you to get the vehicle off the shoulder NOW.
Oh, and no one tells you any more. It seems to me the authorities used to look up the owner and tell them to move it or be towed out in the rural areas.
Technically I could attempt to hit up the original junkyard for all this, but really? So frelling tired of all this.
