I wanna hurt you, but I can't resist the sinister attraction of your cold and muscular body!

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Art Crawl!!!

Awww, Amon just sounds like a cutie. And what a great name!

(The Zeus I am most familiar with is a male flatcoated retriever. . .the second one is a male bloodhound. . . when did Zeus become such a popular pet name?)

All is well that ends in pizza.

I'd forgotten how wonderful it is for a small, furry, warm body to thump up against your legs and relax against you as you go to sleep.

It truly is.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I ran across this [link] random comic panel while searching for something else entirely.

Heh.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

That was the brightest spot of my day yesterday. Me and my princess watching superheroes.

Awwwww....too cute!

Cash, I'm impressed that you let your husband live.

ETA Amon sounds like a lovely cat.

If I may boast on Annabel for a moment, my not-yet-4-year-old daughter is solving jigsaw puzzles designed for older children and adults, and she does it better than I can--as in, she'll pull pieces out of my hand, telling me that they don't go there or that I need to turn them around, and she's always right. That kid's pattern recognition skills and dexterity are off the charts. I figure she must be taking after all the architects on DH's side of the family, because she sure didn't get any of that from me!

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Huh.

Honestly, Aims...didn't even see 'em.

Art Crawl!!!

Go Annabel with the puzzle-fu!

Meanwhile, I am oddly cheerful this morning. Maybe because it's Friday. Possibly because it's already above zero and going to get warmer and warmer through (at least) Sunday.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Honestly, Aims...didn't even see 'em.

No big. It was (mostly) funny.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Of course now we have to spend the next couple of days with a frosty air between us because there was angry yelling. There are no winners, even though I think I'm right

Are you kidding? That's the ice air of VICTORY! Breathe deep!

(no no no, it sucks. really. but you are right.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I ran across this [link] random comic panel while searching for something else entirely.

That's pretty surreal.

Amon-Ra

Love this name!! (Of course, I named my cat Amarna, so I love all Egyptian cat names that aren't Cleopatra.)

I think if I got a boy-kitty for my next cat, I'd name him Spartacus, and then play with him by holding him and and saying "I am Spartacus!"

Yeah, it's geeky.
