[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

She does have the worst name I've ever heard though, the poor girl.

Hopefully it's someone's surname? maybe? My DH is a fan of crazy and/or made-up names. Which may be one reason why we don't have children, as he is determined his firstborn should be named Shazam.

Good luck, askye!

My very cute puppy was up at 4 a.m. today. Gronk!

Ann, that's a ferret.

Sparky, you mentioned the Puppy! just after I signed off for the evening -- and I didn't get back overnight.

Check out the realtors I linked to. A number of their rentals allow pets, though they do charge a fee (for spraying for fleas, or something like that) and a refundable security deposit. We never had any trouble taking Teddy along on vacations there. (And he had a great time -- it's where he discovered stairs!)

Crazy puppy! Do we need to have Toto come teach her how to sleep in?

I like your DH's style, Sparky.

We're going to give them a call, but the posted lease agreements for everyone we've checked have said "dogs okay but no puppies." For a puppy, she's quite well behaved and crate trained, so we're hoping we can get by on that and an extra damage deposit.

Do we need to have Toto come teach her how to sleep in?

She's happy to sleep in on the mornings when I need her to get up!

I'm never, ever going to let you meet him. Nothing personal, of course.
