So, dinner tonight turned into kind of a bust. There was too much lime in the marinade, so it started to "cook" the fish. So, the fish was tough and chewy. However, my salsa/relish was really good, so I just ate it with a bunch of rice :)
Sunnydale's got too many demons and not enough retail outlets.
