Lindsey: Why--why did you... Lorne: One last job. You're not part of the solution, Lindsey. You never will be. Lindsey: You kill me? A flunky?! I'm not just...Angel...kills me. You...Angel... Lorne: Good night, folks.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Jars, you have a fucking COOL job.

Yeah, I know... But I was only looking at the material because often when the people processing the samples put 'flint flakes' down, it's really pebbles. This time they were wrong in the other direction, which is... nice?

What's a Meyers Briggs test?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Considering it's a "test" with questionable psychology, I'm sure you did as well as anyone.

Meh. Any attempt at trying to actually measure intangibles like personality traits has a lot of slop factor. It is entirely possible that the results will be very insightful. It is also entirely possible that they will be less helpful than most measurement-lovers like to think. I believe the MBTI is useful more often than not, but that often depends on the circs under which it is taken, and who will be interpreting the results.

Now tagless for your comfort.

In me news, I just found a Bronze Age arrowhead in a bag of material that's already been looked at.

That is the last thing on DH's Life To-Do List: Find an arrowhead.

Also, that's COOL! Except for the missing it part. Nice that you caught it.

And -- watch your back.

Don't think I'm not.

If my kid said that to me, I would answer, "Oh no, you're the evil closet monkey."

I think Liv qualifies more.

Cashmere, your kids are starting to scare me.

Just now, starting?

Our craft project this morning was making robot costumes out of paper bags and aluminum foil. It kept them busy for all of 15 minutes. They're now watching Chicken Little.

Excellent point. Although you misspelled "seasoned in the fires of hell."

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

What's a Meyers Briggs test?

Like a personality test, it looks like.

I'm taking it in conjunction with a career development seminar so apparantly the results will be used to figure out what kind of jobs are good for me and/or how to work with people with different personalities.

Ooh, hey! I think my dad did one of those, as part of some company training course thing. The guy who ran the course rang up my dad to check the results because apparently my dad got the highest score on the 'compassion' section they'd ever seen in a man, and thought something had gone wrong with the test. No, that's just my dad, the guy who cries at pictures of puppies. He still hasn't lived it down in the office, I don't think.

Happy Birthday, MM!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Happy Birthday MM.

May the flying monkeys and the zombies bring you the inspiration (and parts) needed to complete that darned transporter.
