Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

How was your Christmas, Laura? Did your dudes come through for you with some gifties?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Happy Birthday, Theo! Happy Birthday, Jesse!

Allyson's story of her neighbor makes me very happy that my grumpiness doesn't really show in the am - I'm too incoherent. Otherwise I'd be owing a lot of people 50 dollar breakfasts.

thanks for all the baby pictures.

I'm not working today - but I am tomorrow. If I was working today, I'd be hoping that it was quiet.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Happy birthday, birthday peoples!

My parents are off retrieving the second of 2 oak bookcases that they bought from a store in Mesilla going out of business. (They'll be full up by the end of the week, if not the day, guaranteed.) Nah, we don't have a book problem, not at ALL.

Glad your neighbor came around, even if she was shitty at first, Allyson. Hopefully it was just a case of wake-up crankies. Not that I know anything about it (my parents get up at 5:30. FIVE THIRTY. So when I get up, they are all talkative, awake and crap. Even after 40 minutes of shower and sloooowly getting dressed, I don't wanna talk yet. I can't.)

I go to work tomorrow. Figure I'll just be sorting through a week's worth of mail. Monday, I work too, but everyone else is taking off. I may too and have a 4 day weekend. Depends on how crazy tomorrow is...

I have misery that I want to be put out of.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Want to trade miseries, shrift? We shall each have something new, at least.

I'm not sure I'm woman enough to handle your misery, ita, but I'd be willing to take it off you for a day if I could. I think I still have some sick time in the bank for a trip to the ER.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

1) why aren't the gofugyourself girls back at work yet?
2) why am I so unmotivated to work? I have 3 notebooks to go through in the next 2 days
3) the goodies that came into the office came in cute containers. is it tacky for me to take them (the containers, not the goodies)?

I hate being sick. There's something I should have taken care of today, and I would have had the person I needed information from been in the office, but I could have asked if she had a backup person before, like, 4pm. If only I had a brain that wasn't currently being boiled alive in my skull.

We get up at 5:30 here too.

I got up this AM at 3:00 and went to USELESS urgent care. Though doctor fucktard did prescribe antibios, even though he doesn't think I have a viral infection. I'm the reason there will be a super bacteria.

Also, months ago someone asked about the people who wipe down the handles of carts with the wipes and we all laughed. Then I realized those carts get washed like NEVER. And I freaked myself out. And now I'm sewing a cart seat cover for noah.
