I read that as "Plei" and was very confused as to why she was a pie.

Very pretty, Sue! Are you using the vodka crust?
Are you using the vodka crust?
I did! It was less wet and sticky this time. I made the dough last night and refrigerated it overnight, and when I took of the plastic wrap, I could really smell the alcohol. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how flaky it is.
It certainly looks scrumptious.
It's purty looking. I don't make purty food, I just suck at that.

I have to say, my baking is okay, but my cooking is usually pretty unattractive, even when it's tasty.
That pie is beautiful!
Mmmmm, yummy looking pie.
I'm very good at pretty taste, ugly appearance when I feed people. I swear, one year, I made the ugliest strawberry rubharb pie ever. But it tasted nummy!
Up in the mountains, we used to get the prettiest pies from (seriously) the one and only grocery. They tasted good too! We ate a lot of pie that sabbatical. I still envy them. And miss the pies.

There's nothing worse than food that looks great and tastes horrible. (Yes candy corn I'm talking to you!)
