Happy anniversary and birthday!

Matilda is great.

JZ, it sounds like the new job is moving along... and the dress code is way more amusing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, I think I was misinformed about the "business casual" dress code. It looks more like "semi-formal modern art gallery" so far.

That sounds kind of awesome.

my driver's license says that I weigh 150. I think that we all know my opinion here.

Heh.

Has shrift seen this?

That shit ain't right. Although now I want to see Pete Wentz dress up like an 80s hair band chick next Halloween.

I think I need to listen to some more serious podcasts. I feel out of touch with the presidential politics going on. I'm leaning a bit more toward Obama on the one side and a bit more toward Romney (or McCain if he can get his campaign back on track) on the other, but I don't feel my reasons are at all solid. I am giving some thought about voting in the Republican primary rather than the Democratic primary just because I find the Republican primary a lot more interesting and I think there is more at stake on the Republican side.

Happy anniversary Burrell and DH!

Love the image of Matilda grooving to the Floyd. Whee, indeed.

Gud, it's not even January. Perfectly acceptable to feel out of touch, I think. Me, I'm not even focusing on it until January at the earliest.

Trust my rage

I'm very meh on presidential politics this year. I'd like to care, but I just can't seem to get there. Of all the candidates, Obama bugs me the least. I am probably more Republican at heart, but all their candidates seem scary and mean which is not encouraging.

I hate the scratching-biting-scrambling-to-the-top part. If I could just turn it off until, say, August, I would. I know we have to have it, but I a) don't feel I know enough to select among so many candidates and b) will almost certainly vote for whichever Democrat is selected, so I'm happy to leave the candidate-choosing to people who know more about it.

Me too. I'd like to have somebody I'm really interested in, but so far I'm not there, hence the desire to get more informed. There are a few that I've ruled out, but none that I get a really good feeling from.
