Can you hear me laughing bitterly from this far away? Being that an SAP installation fucked over my ex-company and was a big factor in them having to cut back personnel to make up for the loss, thus leading to my layoff?

I don't have a legal theory about it but it seems more complicated than simply accepting money you knew you weren't entitled to.
