Around 11 is normally when I eat lunch. I have whole-wheat couscous with ground beef, broccoli, almonds, dried cranberries, feta, and basil.

I like to dissolve a stock cube in a mug of hot water when I'm hungry but trying not to eat. Of course, if you don't have a stock cube, go tea! Choose tea!
