Jayne: That's a good idea. Good idea. Tell us where the stuff's at so I can shoot you. Mal: Point of interest? Offering to shoot us might not work so well as an incentive as you might imagine.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was just getting pizza, and thought I'd grab a beer, too, but it turned out it was going to be $4, which seemed excessive, even for a Peroni. The guy said it was because they have a restaurant licence, not a deli (or whatever) licence, which, huh. He was like, yeah, don't worry about it, go to the deli. So I got a Magic Hat for two bucks at the deli. More like it! Although I do always feel a little bit trashy buying a single beer.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Whoot! I just learned that I've almost sold my print run...in three months!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yay!

Heh. It was a small print run. But still! I have plenty of time to sell!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, but dude, small print run is SOLD OUT IN THREE MONTHS!

Ah, remember those days when you were convinced no one was going to buy a single copy?

And it's way better for your long-term career to sell out a small print run than to have a huge print run and tons of returns.
