Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Speaking of old enough to be their mother, my one coworker just had a little bit of freaking out when she realized she's older than our other coworker's mother. Oops! And her grandparents are about the same age as my parents.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

That's just weird, that's the same age group.

I know, she was mentioning being bother by the age, so I asked her how old he was, thinking she would say something like "22", and I almost rolled my eyes when she said 31. She is recently divorced, having been married since 18, and seems to be a strict adherent to high school like age rules (no senior girl could date a freshman boy, but it could work the other way around!)

I look more rad than Lutheranism

My stepdad is 12 years younger than my Mom. I think if anyone called her a cougar, she'd just give them a Cordelia Chase look and ask "Jealous, much?"

Though it occasionally freaks me out to realize that my stepdad is only 8 years older than my boyfriend. Or that, when my stepdad started dating my mom, he was 5 years younger than I am right now.

Oooookay. Going to scrub my brain now, and then pack.

I really do not like dealing with the crazy.

The neighbor that died? Younger than my parents. The older sister? My mom's age. But she really seems so much older and fragile. And she's a great-grandmother to an almost 18year old. Health problems, plus life, I guess. It's really shocking to realize.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I just got back from dropping the niece at the Fly/Drive bus to the airport. We got up at 4:30 to leave the house by 5am--which we did. Then I got TOTALLY lost for an hour. In a deserted part of the valley with noone to ask where I was. I also made a dramatic drive across the median strip to avoid getting off at the wrong exit. I think the car actually cought a little air. I sure hope I didn't make her miss her flight, but I fear I did.

Then I got lost AGAIN coming back to work. Analysis-I left the house at 5am and got to work at 7:50am. Answer=I are lame.

Coding and Sleeping

Or that, when my stepdad started dating my mom, he was 5 years younger than I am right now

You are making me think of Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.

Ted: Your step-mom is cute, though.
Bill: Shut up, Ted!
Ted: Remember when I asked her to the prom?
Bill: Shut up, Ted!

Punishingly Intricate

hilariously it appears that later today at my office we will be playing Guitar Hero. And some people seem to think that i will be some sort of expert at it because I'm in a band. Not only do I not play real guitar I am outrageously bad at GH. It should be fun though.
