Hm. Hivemind question.
What does one wear to "an evening of entertainment and inspiration...to celebrate the achievements of the Feminist Majority Foundation and Ms. magazine"? I'm thinking dressy (it's an evening event in an LA theatre), but I'm not sure exactly
how
dressy. Any ideas?
ETA: Oops, meant to post this in Bitches. I'd be happy for feedback here, too, though, so I'll leave this be.
Quite possibly the best work of art ever: [link]
Just had three fillings. Need another 2 next week.
Then a big ass filling and crown in January.
How did I get 6 cavities in 9 months?
Also? I want to cry.
tommyrot - HA!
Also, before I clicked on the link I was about to tell you that no work of art could possibly be better than Laugh Out Loud Cats, and then I clicked and saw whose photostream it was. HA on me instead!
Allyson! My sistah in fucked teeth! I have a deep cleaning (shudder) on Saturday and my first of two root canal/crowns in mid-January. Also large with the crying.
Ouchie, Allyson! I need to get my teeth cleaned soon.

me: Thomas Jefferson is not a super hero.
Hehe.
Allyson, I know exactly how you feel. I basically spent June- October visiting the dentist every 2-3 weeks, if not more frequently. And I'm not done yet. There will be at least 2 crowns before I'm all patched up and start just having to go every 6 months. At least you didn't wait a decade!
I'm saving up for my $3,500 tooth implant. Such an exciting way to spend money.
Thomas Jefferson is not a super hero.
You're going to have to argue that one with my mother. She raised me to believe he was one. I think of him as the Batman of the League of Founding Fathers.
