oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Circulation is always good for a library. and good for a book. But in all honesty - cancel the hold. Even if you were truely a pain in the ass we will try and fulfill your requests - it is what we are supposed to .

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

With respect to the badass bible verses, a) cracked.com's on fire these days, and b) this is a very succinct point often overlooked these days, especially by SG1:

You can raise all the intellectual challenges you want about faith and the origins of the universe, but at the end of the day, you have to worship the god who can set you on fire.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I was on call at the bookstore tonight, and it turns out they need me, which makes me happy, since I need the money for Christmas shopping. I'm on call again tomorrow, and am keeping my fingers crossed that they'll need me again. I've got my usual 8-hour shift on Saturday, and I'm taking a half-day PTO from here on Friday, so I'll be able to catch up on my rest that day.

Cancel the hold. Nobody will hold it against you, and ILL costs $$, so if you cancel before it ships, you save them the trouble.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Thanks, beth (ETA and flea)! I know it's a weird thing to worry about, but I've got to keep my championship-level overthinking skills fresh somehow...

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I'm going home now. When I get there, I'm going to toss some chicken in the crock pot and then I'm gonna nap until it's done, and it's gonna be awesome.

not your mom's socks.

10 minutes and we (DH and I) are on a DATE. I say unto you all: A DATE! ::tosses glitter:: and, better, a date that ends with Erin McKeown playing live. ::more glitter:: ... eta: and it's an all request show!

New Sudafed is a weaker formulation. If you think it isn't working, it isn't.

It's a totally different drug, one which is not as effective: [link] (link actually goes to a publication that my company produces).
