I've really got to learn to just do the damage and get out of town. It's the 'stay and gloat' that gets me every time.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Now, I'm trying not to talk and rest my voice.

What? What did you say?

Sorry. Hope your voice and lungs get better....

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Hey, mister. I may not be able to talk, but I can type emphatically. Er...EMPHATICALLY.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have never made mashed potatoes.

I think my TV is broken. That's the only thing that can explain the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. It has a punchline, right? It's sarcastic or sardonic or pointed or ironic, right? RIGHT?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

OH! speaking of TVs, ita. Did you ever find a taker for the one you were getting rid of? We are definitely interested.

The status is NOT quo.

Bones: I am such a complete sap, but the ending of tonight's episode made me tear up. Perfect.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Sorry I've been mostly gone for so dang long. I've been too busy.

I'm glad to hear Grace is feeling better, I've been thinking about her all week. And always so happy to see pics of the two of them. They are such sweeties!

Speaking of sweetie, Dylan's cheeks are edible--like they were painted by a Dutch master. And Jessica, you are look mighty foine too.

Ugh. I want to pass out I'm so tired. But. Need to get back to grading.

I hate grading, even when I like the papers I hate having to grade them.

Kat! I miss you. When can I see you?

I did not! I'd be very glad to get it off my spare bed. Do you also want a probably broken VCR and the shell of a PC?

Okay, having watched 2 episodes of the Janice Dickinson show I get why people hate LA. If those people actually exist and are being sincere, I might hate LA.
