Today was beef w/ black bean chili (adapted from a CI recipe) day for me! W/ sour cream, a little xsharp cheddar, tortilla chips, and lime wedges! I have to say it was YUM-MY. I had it with avocado last night but wanted to reserve the leftover avo. for breakfast...really I just didn't think I should avocado for three meals today.
Now I need nap. Seriously.

Many days were burrito days and then I discovered the place I'd been buying burritos from had a C classification from the Public Health Department.
No more.
I now have a burrito. Mmm. Tonight, I'm going to make tilapia and asparagus in garlic butter. Double mmm.

I hate to say it lest I earworm but it IS a small world after all.
I would love to have a burrito, but I'm having the last of turkey, mashed potatoes and corn. Last night I had cauliflower soup and the last of the chile cheese bread, which was good but not filling enough.
I have been ravenous this morning. Had an omelet, granola, fruit, a piece of cheese, and two biscotti.
