Willow: Something evil-crashed to earth in this. Then it broke out and slithered away to do badness. Giles: Well, in all fairness, we don't really know about the "slithered" part. Anya: No, no, I'm sure it frisked about like a fluffy lamb.

So I'm home and what do I do? Wash dishes, break a glass and slice a HUGE chunk off my knuckle. Blood. Uhg.

eta: 2 chunks, plus my kitchen light is being shitty.

Why did I come home?

Aww, that sucks, sara. But home is where the work is, where they pay you the money so that you can come back to visit.

I cooked up the extra, free turkey tonight. Kosher-salted under the skin for two days, then butterflied with bacon strips over it. It was pretty damn good. A little on the salty side, but that's because I never really stick to the recommended amounts of salting. And made the fourth batch of stock since Wednesday.

Little bug is snoring in the other room. He may be down for the night, well, at least until the early a.m. Didn't get a chance to try messy solids with him tonight. Maybe tomorrow morning.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'd only wear the fishnet top. And only 12 years ago when I was 130 (which is skinny for my frame) and 21 years old and tended to go to clubs in just hot pants, a tight vest, fishnets, and thigh high boots.

Hubba hubba!

I hope erika saw tonight's Simpsons.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I cooked up the extra, free turkey tonight. Kosher-salted under the skin for two days, then butterflied with bacon strips over it. It was pretty damn good.
Yum.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I would trade you the chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies I just baked for some turkey...but that would mean leaving the house, and I can barely peel myself out of the chair.

Always Anti-fascist!

Wrod, to your hubba, Hec. And, yeah, I did. KO is such a Simpsons geek. I swear, he runs more than half of that mini-mart footage just so he can say "Thank you. Come again." at the end.(But at least I get that...don't grok his love for pix of skinny models tripping on the catwalk and falling on what remains of their asses, but possibly one shouldn't overthink "oddball", right? Although somebody is probably doing their Mass Communication thesis on it right now, and it's fucking great.) "a swampmonster." -- heh. (that sequence was very "Scooby Doo ending", don't you think?)

Allyson, come over for a trade sometime this week.

Wash dishes, break a glass and slice a HUGE chunk off my knuckle.

Proof, once again, that housework can kill you.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Hi Nilly! How are you? We just changed governments over here. It's very exciting.
