Good to hear that the trip went well, Kathy. That's a hell of a lot of driving!
My cold is at long last retreating the way it should have three days ago. It's making this morning extra-gronkalicious, but aside from plans to take it somewhat easy I'm going to resume Operation Normal Life today.
Oh, Dylan is ALL about the raspberry-blowing, never fear. And he also prefers pears to rice cereal, but his favorite solid so far is avocado. Which I completely agree with.
I am so happy to have today in my own home! So far I've just watched shows off the DVR, but after watching two makeover shows in a row, I think I'm going to bring a load of stuff to donate to Goodwill.
Kathy A - it is now your fault -I've played a whole bunch of clips by Naturally 7 off you tube. I love listening to people that use their voices.
DH made potato pancakes for breakfast....mmmmm.However, he is contemplating eloping with the newest issue of fine cooking--he wants to make/eat everything in this issue
Timelies all!
Back from the con. Fun, and I actually attended some main programming items this year.(As opposed to just the music program stuff which I normally do)
The lurkers support us in email the NYTimes?
Huh. That makes me feel like we're really living in the future, for whatever reason.
I just brought a bunch of stuff to Goodwill. Go me! Most of it had been in a get-rid-of pile for ages and ages, so that's good. I also threw away some clothes that were too crappy even to donate. I think now I shred. Yes, I watched Clean Sweep over the weekend.
Go Jesse with the cleansweeping! I got up and had a coffee date at 10:30, so it feels like I have the whole day ahead of me, since it's only 1pm. I should do things. But i'm also feeling lazy and sleepy and cold.
But I know I'll feel better about myself if I clean the house and do laundry and run errands.
The guest room/music room/storage room is rearranged. The basic bones anyway.Lots of details to do .But go me, I made room for the keyboard and a guitar to live in that room. There will be some ugly stuff in there - but I am hoping that it will only take about half hour or so to make the room habitable for guests
