Gud, even if you are 8-years-old? I mean, I guess I'm trying to figure out if I should get one after donating one or just donate both? And if I get one, it would be okay enough to give to a kid in my life?

As long as the 8 year old isn't expecting to run Pet Vet, Math Blaster, or whatnot on it I think it would be just great.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That laptop intrigues me. I try and see it in the context of Jamaica, and it's not quite snapping into focus. I forwarded it to my cause-oriented sister and we'll see what she makes of it.

It is way too early for me to have already finished one meeting.

Has anybody here ever given double red blood cells? I'm curious how long it takes and what you feel like afterwards.

I've done it. It took about 45minutes and I had a bad headache afterwards. Otherwise it was like a normal one.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

In political news, I heard a thing on the radio this morning about how "the Bible Belt" doesn't like Mitt Romney because he's a Mormon. Who do they like, then? Surely not Giuliani? Because not only is he a Catholic if he's religious at all, he's the worst Catholic ever!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Who do they like, then?

Huckabee.

Who do they like, then?

I think that is still a mystery until the primaries. Fred Thompson could be the guy if he was running a more effective campaign. If Mike Huckabee makes a good showing in some early primary, then maybe he'll get some momentum from the religious right wing of the GOP.
