Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay! I had a croissant! And I think it might have been OK to cook up this morning -- I was expecting it to get much bigger before cooking, but it did puff way up in the oven.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Kat, there are like, a million doubles in the Noah and Grace pics. Would it be okay if I took a few to frame for myself?

I keep meaning to make a TJ's run. Except, what's the point this week, given my week is already booked and then I'm LEAVING TOWN, NOT GOING TO WORK FOR A WEEK, WOOHOO!

Man, I need this.

Yay leaving town!

My fucking DVR is frozen up again. Like, turning if off has no effect. Luckily, it's frozen up playing a show I want to watch, unlike last time, when it froze up while I was fast-forwarding, but still.

Edit: I take it all back! Apparently hitting post was what fixed it.

Oh, I spoke too soon -- it quit recording at some point. I'm going to need to get a new DVR box, aren't I. Feh!!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Brothers & Sisters was actually good there for a second when Kitty gave her little speech.

Sighhhhh

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Mandarin duck! They're a symbol of wedded bliss and marital fidelity in China. And, y'know, awfully cute.

The swimming penguin isn't a little blue penguin, it has yellow plumes on its head. Not 100% sure, but I'm guessing rockhopper or macaroni.

Also, I think the big penguins might be king penguins. I think San Diego SeaWorld is now the only place in North America with emperors.
