Plei, I'll keep you posted - DH and I are still in the 'think it will work?' 'It'll take a miracle' phase - but first I have to come back from the de-ead of cuteness. What a face.

Hi All! I've been away for a long while (perhaps too long), but now I'm back. The sun has set here in Southeast Alaska and I wish you the warm and dry days I'm not experiencing.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That ad is hilarious! But...

She gives a lap-dance to a bear-man and squeezes orange juice out of her mammaries.

They're all animals! Different animals, sure, but it's not like that's a human.

Related question: didn't Orangina used to be called something else in the 80s?

Edit: aha! It was Orelia.

Pour franchir l'Atlantique, Orangina change de nom.

Orangina has a long-standing reputation in France for its crazy ads.

And they often reference films, as that one does.

ETA: Jesse, that branding site is amazing!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

my child:

"I have so much candy you can have whatever you want."

I had not asked for candy and he has less than a quarter of one of those plastic pumpkins of candy (one piece a night max).

Timelies! Anyone else north of 55 latitude who just isn't dealing well with the fact that it is dark at 4:20pm local time???

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I am still disappointed that she didn't turn out to be a fat lemur.

Heh.

Bon, I am drinking Manhattans now that it is dark and dreary and wet. It is time for whisky cocktails. I recommend them with Blood Orange Bitters.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Sorry you have hit the dark phase, AA.

that ad is odd,but , it did catch my attention.

mac is a generous child.

DH is also way more tolerant of mess than I am. This is good because I pretty much caused a great chaos in rearranging the living room. For the past 24 hours he had to walk over a heap of books to get to his chair. But then, I don't have the crew that they do on freestyle or design remix.
