What are people doing for lunch?
I have frozen chicken biryani with brown rice, which is not half bad for a frozen dinner. And I have yogurt.
Brown-bagging is totally boring.
Polishing off the last of my pumpkin ginger soup after a client appointment.
Then reaming my landlord for a) raising my rent 30% b) bullying me about it after only 1 week c) refusing to give me anything in writing and d) frankly, every moronic, dangerous thing he's done to me over the years.

Oh, please. If I had a microwave, I'd be all over the chicken noodle soup I made last night.
t weeps for her leftovers
I really want a sandwich, but didn't get to the grocery store yesterday (I went to the central office, and would have had to pass the turnoff to my place on the way to the store, and since it's 12 minutes from the turnoff to my place, it just called too loudly. I had to go home). Not real enthusiastic about the soup, I'm afraid.
Lunch: vegatable beef barley soup from Au Bon Pain, plus an asiago breadstick.
God, shrift. Every day can't be free porn day.
If she gets the job every work day might be free porn day.
I have an arugula salad from home (w/ orange bell pepper, grape tomatoes, gorgonzola, walnuts, hard-boiled egg, & balsamic vinaigrette for the Knowing About Lunch Completists). but now I really want a grilled cheese sandwich, Jesse.
Or, possibly, some soup.
Grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup are the ultimate in comfort food. Works best if you've spent the past two hours shoveling snow off the driveway and/or making snowmen.
I have a baked potato and chili. And one of my co-workers made chocolate chip cookies so I'm totally having cookies at lunch too.
I'm having a turkey and provolone hero, with cheez doodles (no chopsticks, though).
