It seems that there is not an endocrinologist in DC who takes my insurance who has an available appointment before January. The first appointment I was able to find on a date that I'll actually be in DC is February.
I cannot feel like this for the next three months. Really just not an acceptable option. (I explained this to the person booking appointments. She said that she understood, but that she wouldn't even be able to give President Bush an appointment before January.)
I've got one more doctor to try calling tomorrow. I'm on student health insurance, and there's aren't too many doctors who accept it.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
The kitchen is ready to be painted tomorrow, and after that we are done and ready to move in! This week, I revealed my secret caulking skill to the DH and impressed him mightily. I also discovered that when two people love and respect each other and work side-by-side, the amount of filthy puns based in the word "caulk" is almost infinite.
