those shoes are fabulous and I love the way the dress looks in the back.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Nice choice
I should have known that lots of people would be carol of the bells fans
They are amazing shoes. I couldn't walk two steps in them, myself, but I can admire those who can.
I hope it goes well, Connie.
I wear heels all the time, and I'll likely be sitting most of the night. I'll either get the one stool left at the bar, or be sitting by the door. If I'm lucky, I'll have enough friends there that I won't feel crappy about snagging a table.
Then, at midnight, I get to fight the crowd looking at me like I'm an entitled bitch for cutting to the front of the line so I can snag a midnight kiss from Mr. Jane. Ah, New Years!
Best of luck to you and your hubs, connie.
Eh, threw in this one too since it's only $20 [link]
Good luck, connie.
Oh, good choices, Daisy. Sparkly like a holiday.
I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day
Older melody.
There are so many crappy modern hymns. I like it when they're written by, oh, Longfellow...
Favorite Christmas song ever? "Merry Christmas from the Family" That is sooooo my dad's side of the family.
It's a great song. Also very familiar to me from Christmas with my Dad and neighbors.
I also love "Merry Christmas, Baby"
My favorite version is by Southern Culture on the Skids. Super sexy.
I always sing this part
Fran and Rita drove from Harlingen
I can't remember how I'm kin to them
But when they tried to plug their motor home in
They blew our christmas lights
As "Bo and Rita" for my dad's cousin and her husband. Bo usually has everyone gathered around his pickup at family gatherings because that's where the booze and smokes live.
I gotta go with Good King Wenceslas. The dancing girls in Love Actually really made that song for me.
