Simon: The decision saved your life. Zoe: Won't happen again, sir. Mal: Good. And thanks. I'm grateful. Zoe: It was my pleasure, sir.

'Out Of Gas'

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Scrappy, you're friends with Tracy Letts?! Cool! I've done several shows with him.

I almost worked on August: Osage County at Steppenwolf but I had a conflict. I'm currently assisting the lighting designer for that show. All through focus we were teasing her about thanking us when she accepts her Tony.

Aw, this is fun: [link]

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

t tangential

Gosh, but Will Smith is pretty. And by pretty I mean porn.

...anybody seen I Am Legend yet? If it's on, I think I may have to go see it. If not, maybe I'll do the Beowulf IMAX show...

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I was scared when I heard my roommate was looking for a new place but now that I know that fell through I really wish he would. He keeps turning off the porch light to save energy. OK I guess that makes sense but I have told him several times that I don't feel comfortable coming home to a dark house and I have trouble unlocking the door in the dark.

I'm having some problems getting used to living with an extreme extrovert, but he has so many good qualities I'm really trying. One of his best? Any time I am not home when he gets home, he thinks to turn on the porch light for me. Every. Time. And he does not even go in the house that way.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

The weather here has been getting cold, with a bit of snow, but nothing major. My office is still ridiculously overheated, though, so I'm dressing in layers, so that I can wear just a t-shirt and jeans when I'm in there.

I got Lego Mindstorms for Chanukah! I can make robots! (Yes, it's a kids toy. No, I don't care. It's fun.)

Always Anti-fascist!

I guess I'd hit it, but he's no Idris Elba. That dude can be hot without using his own accent, and can make me have thoughts like "what's a little heroin, in the larger scheme of things?" Not to take anything away from Mr. Smith, though.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

{{merea}} It was good to see you today, but I am so sorry yo have met to many of the thoughtless people in the world. It seems sad to me that you are meeting people that you have to remind of basic manners ' call me if you can't make it, I really appreciate courtesy'.

and for everyone who has doubted that the Bean has big eyes and lethal cuteness - it is all true. We got to see a bunch of the Seattle folk today and I think I spent most of my time watching lily - of course , you never know when the young will turn on their elders and decide that humans are food.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

How does he play in person?

It was hard to judge. I only had a minute or two with him. He shook my hand!

I had a great weekend - we got our Christmas tree, put our presents under it, drank mulled wine, listened to cheesy Christmas cds. All the fun things.

And now it's Monday and I'm back in the office. I don't want to play this game any more.

Thrive to spite them

Timelies. and Gronk.

I'm at the out patient surgery waiting room at the hospital waiting for Mom. We were up at 5 am to get here, luckily I'm feeling better. However I couldn't find my keys this morning so Mom had to come and pick me up -- then I found them. They'd stayed on the top of my car all night (I'd cleaned it out and left them up there.).

Thankfully it's a good neighborhood and I had my car in the driveway.

I'm very sleepy, I couldn't get wi fi for some reason so I was watching Bourne Identity --in the waiting room they have Saved By the Bell on the tv, and for some reason I'm strangely drawn to it. It's like the bad crack.

As soon as I take Mom home I'm taking a nap.
