Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

What sort of games do they play in the games club?
Board games! And cards!

What's the Farkle club?
I have no idea. I need to find out now, though.

Whee, shower tile, GC! Looks fantastic!

Okay, I need to get the hell out of school. Still have 11 essays to comment on tonight, too. Joy.

What's the Farkle club?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was wondering.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

t sigh

So GF and I have decided that the tile looks too busy. There are three different tiles and it's a bit much. We were dubious about the small glass tile that they put in the shower floor but decided to go with the designer. We should have trusted our instincts. So we have a call in to the designer and contractor to figure out what to do about it. I wish things were just easy.

Sorry you aren't happy with your tile, GC. That's a pain in the behind, I'm sure, to get it fixed. And yet, it would surely be a sore sticking point to have shelled out so much and not be happy with the results.

Our wings are not tired.

That's my neighborhood!! I haven't been in there yet though.

That was my neighborhood when I lived in San Francisco. It rocks. I misrembered the name of the bar, though. It's the Philosopher's Club.

GC, maybe it will calm down to you in a couple of days? Give it a little time before you decide to spend more $ or energy to change it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I've been to the Philosopher's club. It had one of those old fashioned pinball machines where they pay you for winning games. That is, it's under the table gambling sorta kinda.

Nice little local bar. Not too divey.

Doesn't it have a fabulous sign, Hec?
