Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Cass - saw the race car chocolate things at Safeway ... and if it's in my pitiful local one, they should be elsewhere.
Re the pirate shepherd - Susan, I'm actually surprised she doesn't want to be a highwayman shepherd, considering your era of choice.
Those are great!
Go ahead, Stephanie, have your baby on its due date rather than waiting to share my birthday. I won't hold it against the tyke.
She doesn't know from highwaymen yet--she's just into pirates because they tend to show up on kids' shows. So, extrapolating from the Backyardigans, Dora, and Between the Lions, to her 18th century clothes are pirate attire, period. (Except, occasionally, when someone is a king or queen.) AFAICT from her comments on my illustrated research books, she thinks that's what Mommy reads and writes about. Pirates and queens.
hooray Jilli!!!!!!
If only I were clever enough to filk. That was so fun to read, Susan! Thanks for sharing.
I wish to play the msn IM Guitar Smash "wink" over and over again, for I am still rage-y. Smash smash smash.
Awesome! I love the idea of lickable race cars. Delicious chocolate cars.
beth, I'm so glad he's home. Much healing~ma for him. I was glad to hear friends had stepped up to help the family with their business (especially during the holiday season).
yayyayyay, Jilli!
Toddson, that sounds AWESOME. And worth looking for.
The chocolate ice cream toppers? I don't think they look that much like race cars - we're talking about half an inch long, at most. And probably not very good chocolate. But an amusing idea.
Congratulations, Jilli!
