Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

And this season, it is FUN to watch the Patriots.

OMG it so is, though I was actually feeling sorry for the Dolphins yesterday by the end (as opposed to Dallas, who I wanted them to stomp all over).

My favorite series was when the Pats brought in their backup QB, who promptly tossed a pick that got ran for a TD. Brady's already been cooling off, but back he comes into the game, and marches down the field to score ANOTHER TD (he had 6 all day). That, and there were two absolutely SICK catches by Moss yesterday.

Our wings are not tired.

We watched the whole thing since the Dolphins are the local team. Like a roadside accident, couldn't help ourselves. I was hoping that NE would bring in 5th string, or players parents to play to further humiliate. Dolphins deserved it. Yep, everyone here knows they suck. NE was 6/0 and Miami was 0/6, so it wasn't likely to end either streak.

If you ever want to feel good about a team, just listen to the Pats (especially Bellicheck) talk them up during the week before they play the Pats. I know the Pats (and Brady's) history with Miami is less-than-stellar, but I sometimes wonder how they say some of what they say with a straight face. The whole thing last week was how Miami was "Brady's personal house of horrors". Once upon a time, yes. This year? NSM.

I'm seriously looking foward to the Indy matchup Nov. 4. I can only imagine the ricockulous hype if they both go in still undefeated.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

That was some sloppy football from both the Cowboys and the Vikings!

Crack addled is what it was. I felt bad for poor Whitten. Throw it to someone else Romo, they're onto you!

I'm not a fan of the Cowboys, but I do like a good game.

Same crap here. They were pretending we had a chance. Ha!

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

My lil office is icky. I walk in and see my office mate wearing a dust mask, I chide him "ya know the a/c's have filters". He says, "ya, just wait". I sit down, wake up the computer, and within a minute I can feel the icky particles in the back of my throat. "let me go to the scene shop and get you a mask too" "thank you!"

Yeah, I've felt grit in my mouth on three or four occasions this morning. It's a little odd.

Bellicheck is ALWAYS doing that. He does not brook arrogance in his players! Did you see when he made them wear T-shirts saying "Humble Pie" all week? This may have been before the Cowboys game.

I am also really looking forward to the Indianapolis game.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Dude - did anyone watch the Niners get mauled by the Giants? I'm not really a Niners fan, but I started feeling bad for Dilfer. His front line just couldn't protect him - 6 sacks! Ouch.
