Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

my pup is not feeling well. some dog-ma, please. When she hurls, I worry, because that's how we found out about her "sister's" diabetes. maybe she's having a late canine pukesgiving, though. I know it's not lupus. (It's never lupus)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Much love and ~~ma~~ and No more being sick to my luverly Bitches.

I am still recovering from a weekend that consisted of (Wed night) me drinking too much (again) and vomiting (again), (Thursday) left a Thanksgiving table hungry, (Friday) spending the afternoon with Joe's extended family an hour and a half away, (Saturday) cooking for 8 people and my mother being Not Invited for dinner while my dad was invited, and (Sunday) never leaving the couch.

All in all, great weekend, but god am I still tired.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DJ!!

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Steph, I'm not moving, unfortunately. Need to pay my car loan off first. -t just moved though, maybe you were thinking about her?

Have a huge gap in work today. I forsee lunch, a nap, and the end to my Thursday Next library book. Possibly not in that order.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Which is worse, that my family will spam me with sappy angel poems or that I'll tear up when I read them?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

It's definitely their fault for sending them, Trudy.

Happy b-day, Daisy!

I have not yet discovered whether he likes carrots.
The cat Harvey likes carrots. I suppose that's reasonable considering he's named after a 6 foot tall rabbit. What's not reasonable is how he will try to eat them when they are rock-hard out of the freezer.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

You're right -- it was the single-letter username that threw me off.

I'm getting the pig!

Happy Birthday, Daisy!

Healthy vibes for your pup, Erika. I hope she's just dealing with a quickly passing upset tummy.

I'm on vacation this week without any travel plans (the first week of vacation in YEARS that I'm not on a plane), so I made myself a huge to-do list of things that need done around the house. Cleaning, organizing, laundry... that kind of thing.

It's feeling a bit overwhelming right now but it's only Monday and I've already accomplished quite a bit. The kitchen, dining room, and my bedroom are basically finished. I still have the living room, bathroom and guestroom to do though. The guestroom is going to kick my ass.

not your mom's socks.

Nicole, that is awfully productive of you for your first day of vacation.

Erika - hope that your dog feels better soon - have you changed dog food lately? sox-mutt always hurls when we change her food. when she chews on something really bad, like a coke can? no problem whatsoever. She's contrary.

Sparky reminds me I haven't posted commando training news lately - mostly really good - the whole thing totally worked, except for yesterday, which was more like KristenTs Kitten, without the mattress - so the score is now: toddler: 1, carpet: 0.
