So - drawing upon the Hivemind, what do we know about dying hair which is naturally a dirty blonde shade, and currently - more by art than nature - a fairly light/golden blonde shade?

Ooh, I know this one! I did a fairly light red from a box several times, which worked just fine, but went ahead and went to a real person when I finally wanted to go darker. I'm well into my second year of dark brownish red, and I adore it. Seems to go better with my features.

Henna worked really well as well (and gave great colors), but was an enormous pain in the ass.

I definately liked Pest better for being out and about and Buda for the sights. It felt like there was a lot more to do Pest side and a lot more to see Buda side.

Today I discovered the dog will try to chew the end of a USB cable. He thinks that rain is a horrible trick I'm playing on him. He probably hasn't had much of a chance to learn about rain, considering that most of his life has been during the driest year ever. ::Does the dance of rain ::

We have a U-Haul reserved for this Sunday, to get as much over there as we possibly can. DH is calling movers for the heavy stuff, we hope to arrange that for the next weekend.

All semester there have been two first year law students in a group of 4-5 who sit in basically the same place every day near my office with a budding romance. It's cute because they're still in the flirty stage, and as yet I haven't had to bear witness to any heavy-duty PDA.
