I'm a wee bit proud, and have to share. This week I seem to be on a roll, running wise. I'm able to be faster, and have fewer walk breaks. Last Sunday I completed 4.5 miles in about 60 minutes. Today I completed 5 miles in 62 minutes!

I just had time to peek in before I rush off to a party for my next-door neighbors. Their kids are throwing it, in honor of their 60th wedding anniversary, and his 80th birthday. Such nice people, too.
