Spike: I'm not a monster. Xander: Yes! You are a monster. Vampires are monsters! They make monster movies about them! Spike: Well, yeah. Got me there.

'Dirty Girls'

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm getting the pig!

Cashmere, my sympathies to you, your DH, and his family.

Lots of surgery and recovery ~ma for your Grampa, Jessica.

Health ~ma to those that are feeling sickly and stamina ~ma to those braving the Black Friday crowds.

I'm technically off from work today, but was instructed to still check email and voicemail throughout the day. So lame.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Cashmere, my sympathies to C and the rest of your family.

JZ, I'm sorry about the mizzable morning. I hope Emmett feels better soon.

My (very nice!) neighbor waited till 9:30 to crank up two vacuum lawn mowers and the leaf blower this morning. 10:30 would have been better. Gronk.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am proud to report that the hit of the family Thanksgiving was the blue cheese mashed potatoes I brought. Teh yum.

I am at work and anxious about the arrival of my niece tonight. She has been through three rehabs and got kicked out of her mom's house and college. She is VERY smart though, and does well academically, so should be able to get into the schools she is looking at out here. Oh, and she is also bulimic. J is spending the day taking all the alcohol out of the house. Oy. Aunthood is awesome, but sometimes it's a little nerve-wracking.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Surgery~ma, Jessica.

You have my sympathies, Robin. Really smart + addictive behavior is a hard combination to have to cope with. Good luck.

Our wings are not tired.

I am at work and anxious about the arrival of my niece tonight.

With the wisdom I have seen you demonstrate repeatedly on this board, I have complete confidence that you will be the best possible Aunt for your very lucky niece. Relax and be yourself.

Gris, not nice to make me cry.
