Yesterday I found out about Michelin Guides when I was watching Shakespeare Retold: Macbeth and "Thane of Cawdor" was translated into "Three Michelin Stars". Today the LA Times Food section is featuring an article about the first ever LA Michelin Guide calling it, "amateurish, confusing and barely credible." Weird coincidence. But yeah James McAvoy as sexy chef MacBeth = yummy. The extrememly graphic representations of food (expecially meat) preparations = nsm.

God, I really want a half chicken plate now, with lettuce instead of pickled beets. Mmm, chicken and pita and hummus and tahini and garlic sauce, and a LARGE diet pepsi with crushed ice. Though in retrospect, they may have replaced the ice machine when I was there in February. Still: good.
