Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Someone entertaaaaaaaaaain me.

I got an e-mail from one of my tutees last night. She sent me her preliminary research proposal to take a look at. Her intended audience for her paper? "Women of all backgrounds and misogynists." I love these students!

Ugh, that's frustrating, Emily.

"Women of all backgrounds and misogynists."

Hee!

That is entertaining!

Poor Emily.

Oh, fuck. My tutor buddy is going to withdraw from the class. We were the only group of two, so I have no idea what's going to happen with me, and if the prof will place me in another group--giving some group four people, which is actually a little much, considering how much we have to do for each other.

And I liked working with him. I understand why he's withdrawing, but it's gonna really screw me over. And my prof for this class is already unhappy with me (told me the other day that my grade is going down due to "excessive absences"...which, ok, I get, but um, this has actually been a *good* semester for me, so that's a bit frustrating). I know she can't get more unhappy with *me* because of this, but it means she's going to have to work more closely with me, and that might be a little awkward.
