Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
You just must be running into me a lot. I'm sorry about that.
No. They tend not to be witty and super smart, otherwise I wouldn't mind them talking to me in the first place.
Bwah! I thought you meant over here at buffistas.
Ha! He has commented on that too...
K-Bug is settling in at Trader Joe's and their cashiers are encouraged to make small talk with the customers. Pre-inside information, I thought I just kept hitting chatty people, but it s a company thing.
oh good , Allyson already mentioned it in press while I was catchin gup.
We were back in New England last may. We went to a party where , we knew only a few people. If the party had been here in Ca - instantly a group would have surrounded the strangers - food and wine thrust in their hands and conversation. Back in VT - we were pointed to food and drink - polite greeting were exchanged and that was it. I don't know if I can ever go back to that.
I love chatting with people - most of the time. If the Packers are on and some idiot's trying to have a conversation with me in the bar, they can die now (this has happened at least twice this season. I don't get it - it's not like I'm shy about watching the game).
People who talk to me when I'm trying to read are lucky to not get beheaded. IJS. Only exception is conversations that start with "Oh, I loved that book!"
Andre Royo said once that one day after he was made up as Bubbles a junkie gave him a blast-worth and said "You need this more than I do." Royo calls that moment his "street Oscar", but I'm sure that's not what Lisah meant. Aw, Hil, so I guess what you're saying is Toby Ziegler and I won't ever make Eeyore love together, because I'm not fictional-Jewish. Bummer.(Aw, he killed me, buying that house in the suburbs and all that, and then "You're too sad for me!" What kind of crap is that? He is just the right amount of sad for me.) Oh, jesus, Erika(You should forgive the expression.) Projection, much?
I don't get it - it's not like I'm shy about watching the game
Usually it's me and 4 or 5 of my brand new friends watching the game, occasionally I'll get someone who can't quite make girl+football fan work out in their brains, so I get "What are you watching?" "Uhm. The game?" "Oh, sothisplaceisreallycoolhowlonghaveyoubeenhangingouthereareyoufromhere?"
Royo calls that moment his "street Oscar", but I'm sure that's not what Lisah meant.
hah! No, it sort of is!
