Aww I'm sad. I just found out Washoe died on Tuesday.
Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I just hope it's not his electrical system going wonky again. Repairing hoses is so much easier than trying to find out where the problem is in the wiring.

Can't just hit ctrl+alt+del, huh?
Good heavens, connie. Craziness. Here's hoping for the best.
If only our systems came with a full restore.
Although learning how to walk, talk and use the potty all over again might be a little embarrasing.
Very glad to hear that S is home! And bow-tie kitty is tres fabulous. I love that he asks to put it on.
So sorry for your DH's medical excitement, connie.

Well, we've done that a couple of times, and it always take awhile for all the programs to come back on line. Hard reboots never make a system happy.
He's snuggled in with his cat, feeling like, gosh, someone who had anesthetic and a tube run up his arteries. Amazing how crabby he gets about not being able to get up and move around after something like this.
That was weird. I just looked out the window and there was a plain white car with ICE on the side parked in front of our driveway. They pulled away and drove slowly and haltingly down the street. If it was immigration and they were looking for my sister's husband I wish they would have asked me 'cause I totally would have told them where to look.
The campus newspaper this week had an insert ad for Sweeney Todd. It wasn't attached very well. It was a fairly windy day the day the newspaper came out. By about 11 AM, the campus was filled with pictures of Johnny Depp as Sweeney, drifting through the air and tangled in the trees and sliding along the streets. Everywhere.
It was nice.
(We put one up in our office. Leading very quickly to a division between those of us who are counting down the days until release and those who are asking, "Huh?")
That sounds lovely. I want one.
I'm also really enjoying how Johnny Depp as Sweeny Todd contains four sets of double letters.
