Jinx? If you and Dreg have been using my moisturizer again I'm going to have to rip off your scaly- hey, what's the deal with your face?

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Maybe everybody is there but they're hiding.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Or they're all costumed as Ninjas....

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Nora, isn't TiVo the BEST? You never have to worry about when something is on and setting the VCR and all that stuff ever again!

not your mom's socks.

Jilli that sounds awesome. If you find a photographer, don't chomp them until after they take the pic. And watch out for the Ninjas...

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

10 years, Jilli! That's so cool. Happy Anniversary!

ION, I just lost my temper at work (NOT at my boss), but was totally justified in my reaction and expressed it in a fluent and more or less controlled way. And...it got results.

I've really got to do this more often. And I mean that sincerely. I'm NOT a mellow, temper-free person, I probably never WILL be, and pretending to be one just leads to bottling things up until they cause explosions that harm me and everyone within distance of the flying bits of temper-shrapnel.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Happy anniversary, Jilli! A job well done.

Happy birthday, DCJ. Also not an un-mean feat.

Didn't Pullman cop to hating Christianity and wanting to steer others away from it? I admit, I'm slanted by recoiling progressively from his writing since he was more strident than I was comfortable with.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I think he believes that all organized religions are inherently bad. Granted I learned this from reading about the movie so I'm not certain.

I'm off to procure a pumpkin.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Organized religion? then the Unitarians are safe!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Left work cause I was feeling like crap.

Had to stop at the bank, grocery store, and Meryvin's on the way home. Lots of compliments on the costume. I'm home now and I feel better.

Is work making me feel sick to my stomach? Hmmmmmmmmm.
